Run delivery on 3-5 concurrent client app projects, keeping scope, timeline, and communication honest from kickoff to launch.
What you’ll do
- Own project timelines, sprint planning, and delivery status across multiple clients
- Be the primary point of contact for client communication during active builds
- Coordinate between design, engineering, and QA to keep work unblocked
- Flag scope creep and timeline risk early, with a plan attached, not just a warning
- Run retros and apply what is learned to the next project
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years managing software or app development projects
- Experience running agile/sprint-based delivery with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written communication - a lot of this job is clear, honest status updates
- Comfortable having direct conversations with clients about timeline and budget
- Familiarity with tools like Linear, Jira, or ClickUp
Nice to have
- Prior experience at a digital agency or consultancy
- Basic technical fluency in mobile app development concepts
- PMP or equivalent certification
