Build production Android apps in Kotlin across client industries ranging from healthcare to logistics, with real ownership of what you ship.
What you’ll do
- Develop and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
- Translate product requirements into technical implementation plans
- Collaborate with iOS and backend engineers on shared API contracts
- Optimize app performance, battery usage, and startup time
- Participate in code review and technical planning for new client work
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of professional Android development with Kotlin
- Experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture (MVVM/MVI)
- Understanding of Android's background execution and permissions model
- Experience publishing and maintaining apps on Google Play
- Comfortable moving between multiple client codebases
Nice to have
- Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform
- Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Messaging)
- Background in a regulated industry (healthcare, fintech) is a plus
